Draw With Manchester United Gives Crystal Palace Confidence – Luka Milivojevic

Crystal Palace captain Luka Milivojevic believes Saturday’s 0-0 draw at Manchester United could be a turning point in their season.

Crystal Palace shocked many by how well they played at Old Trafford last weekend, coming away with a vital point against Jose Mourinho’s men.

The result means that the ‘Eagles’ are in 16th position, and with a crucial run of games against teams in the bottom half if the table, their captain hopes that the result can kick-start their season.

“That point will give us more confidence for sure,” Milivojevic told ‘Sky Sports’.

“Now we have five or six games where we will not play against one of the top six teams. I hope to get some points in the next six, seven games, to take a lot of points.

“I think we deserve the points we have dropped because we didn’t have luck, we missed a lot of chances. I think in the next games we are going to start to win and I hope it starts on Saturday.”
