More Trouble For R Kelly As Celine Dion Takes Down Hit Song With Singer From Streaming Services
There is more trouble for the embattled US singer R Kelly as Celine Dion is reportedly on the cusp to pull down hit song “I’m Your Angel” she collaborated with the singer from all streaming services.
It is believed that the song is in the process of being pulled by Celine’s team.
TMZ is reporting that the music icon decided to pull the song down from streaming services following R.Kelly’s present sexual assault allegations and the now famous #SurvivingRKelly documentary.
The song, which was recorded in 1998, was one of the biggest songs in the 1990s as it reached #1 on the Billboard Hot 100 and stayed there for 6 weeks. It went certified platinum and sold more than 1.5 million copies. It was also nominated for a Grammy.
Bear in mind that Lady Gaga, who once defended her 2013 collaboration with the singer, has apologized after coming under fire for working with the embattled singer who is the subject of a scathing new docuseries about sexual abuse allegations.
